When you're in a video call, the system continuously compares the amount of video packet loss, the amount of audio packet loss, and the actual frame rate with the target frame rate. The icons in the lower right corner of the screen indicate the real-time call quality based on this comparison. More bars indicate a higher quality call.
To view call statistics, click the Send or Receive call status icons in the lower right corner of the screen.
Target frame rate for the call, calculated using the CPU and network speed. Frame rate is displayed as frames per second (fps). Note that the Receive Target Video Frame Rate is not applicable, since Polycom CMA Desktop cannot control the send rate used by the far end.

Real-time video packet loss in the current call, shown as a percentage of the total number of packets transmitted by your system and those transmitted by the far end.
